Where To Catch Paldean Wooper In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Paldean Wooper can be found early in the game east of Los Platos near a small lake, just west of South Province (Area One). You can also keep checking your map when you arrive in Los Platos because you might come across one while exploring.
You’ll need to look around carefully because it’s so small and has a mud-like color. Though it’s most likely to be found in or near a lake.
Also, keep in mind that you can use the bird’s eye view to search for Pokemon in your area.
At level 20, the paldean Wooper evolves in Clodsire.
