A trailer for episode 1 of “Campfire Cooking in Another World with my Absurd Skill” has been released. On January 10th, the anime adaptation will premiere. Studio MAPPA is in charge of the animation, and you can see the first episode’s preview images below:

Plot Summary:
Tsuyoshi Mukda was nothing out of the ordinary in modern Japan, so when he was summoned to a world of swordplay and sorcery, he thought he was up for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Regrettably, the kingdom that summoned him only got him by chance. Not only was he not one of the three summoned heroes, but his stats were pitiful in comparison. Furthermore, something fishy is going on in this kingdom. He quickly left, determined to carve his own path in this other world. Mukda’s only hope is his one-of-a-kind ability, “Online Supermarket,” which allows him to buy modern items in a fantasy world. It’s useless in combat, but if he plays his cards right, he could live a comfortable life. At least, that’s what Mukda believes, but modern food purchased with this skill has some strange side effects. Mukouda introduces ridiculously delicious modern cooking to a fantasy world, resulting in some ridiculously repeat customers begging for more.
The original isekai light novel was written by Ren Eguchi and illustrated by Masa. A manga adaptation has also been created by K Akagishi. Both the English and Japanese versions have been licenced by J-Novel Club.
