10 Anime You Should NEVER Watch With Your Parents

10 Anime You Should NEVER Watch With Your Parents

It’s one of the most enjoyable things in life to watch anime with your friends and family, but that’s not always the case, especially with the ones on this list. These anime go above and beyond with their antics, and you should never admit to watching them unless you want to be a social outcast and enjoy being treated as a loser.

Before we begin, a word of caution: you’re an adult, so you should probably know better and avoid watching these. However, if you do, CLOSE YOUR DAMN DOORS FIRST. Thank you very much.

So, without further ado, here are ten anime that you should never even consider watching without locking your door, let alone with your parents, and God help the Coomers who do.

10. Kiss x Sis

Kiss x Sis follows Keita Suminoe, a third-year Japanese high school student who lives with his father and his older twin step-sisters, Ako and Riko. The twins’ declarations of love and advances embarrass and conflict Keita, especially because he knows acting on their feelings would be considered incestuous. Despite this, the three siblings end up in a polyamorous relationship.

Kiss x Sis debuted on television in 2010, with 12 episodes in the TV version and 12 episodes in the OVA version. To be honest, I have no idea what’s going on with this one.

9. Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia

Heart Magias Academy x Hybrid Ataraxia follows Kizuna Hida, a final-year high school student whose older sister unexpectedly calls him to transfer to a strategic defence school, where many of the students (many of whom are girls with massive honkers) use their Heart Hybrid Gear abilities to fight invaders from another world while wearing extremely skimpy pilot outfits… And it appears that having erotic experiences with Kizuna allows the girls to recharge or power up.

Kizuna is initially hesitant, but the prospect of piloting the powerful mech and defending his home from invading forces from another world quickly wins him over.

Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia premiered in 2016 and has a total of 12 episodes.

8. Oreimo

Kyousuke Kousaka, a high school student, and his younger sister Kirino are the protagonists of Oreimo. Kyousuke is estranged from his sister and frequently finds her annoying. However, when he discovers that she is a secret otaku with a large collection of anime and manga, he begins to understand her better. As they discuss their common interests, the two siblings form a close bond. The series follows their daily lives as they deal with the difficulties of being an otaku.

Oreimo’s anime adaptation had two endings, which diverged after episode 11 (the “good end” vs the “true end”).

I’m telling you, it’s strange, really strange.

7. Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory

When his father abandons him after their house burns down, Koushi Nagumo’s life takes a turn for the worse. After being abandoned on the street, Koushi collapses, but an eccentric woman named Mineru Wachi takes pity on him and brings him to the female dormitory “Goddess’ Dormitory.”

Mineru, the temporary manager, invites Koushi to become the official dormitory mother of Goddess’ Dormitory after learning about his situation. The residents of the dorm, on the other hand, await him, each with their own wacky shenanigans, such as the androphobic yet gentle Atena Saotome, the feminine tomboy Kiriya Senshou, and Mineru herself, whose scientific recklessness knows no bounds. Despite this, Koushi does his best to fulfil the obligations of his crazy new life!

Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory premiered in 2021 and has a total of ten episodes.

6. Eromanga Sensei

A year ago, Sagiri and Masamune Izumi became step-siblings. However, their new family is shattered when their parents die unexpectedly, causing Sagiri to become a shut-in, cutting her off from her brother and society.

Masamune makes a living as a published light novel author while caring for his remaining family members. The only problem is that he’s never met his acclaimed illustrator, Eromanga-sensei, who is known for drawing the most obscene erotica. He discovers, after an embarrassing series of events, that his very own little sister was his partner the entire time!

Eromanga Sensei debuted in 2017 and has 12 episodes as well as two OVA episodes.

5. Domestic Girlfriend

Domestic Girlfriend follows Natsuo Fujii, a high school student who has fallen in love with his teacher, Hina. Daunted by this unattainable desire, Natsuo entertains his friends by going to a mixer. There he meets Rui, a girl who shares his apathy. Rui invites Natsuo to her house and invites him to have boom boom with her in the hopes that the experience will prevent her friends from treating her like a naive child. While his hopeless feelings for Hina are still fresh in his mind, Natsuo reluctantly agrees.

Unsatisfied with their “first times,” the two decide to part ways as strangers. Natsuo’s father, on the other hand, drops a major bombshell: he is remarrying, and his new wife Tsukiko Tachibana is on her way over to meet Natsuo right now. As if that wasn’t shocking enough, her daughters—and thus Natsuo’s new sisters—are Hina and Rui Tachibana, the woman he loves and the girl he spent his first night with. Now, Natsuo must confront his feelings for his step-siblings as his eyes are opened to a darker side of love.

I don’t think I need to say anything else about this one. Domestic Girlfriend is nothing more than a bad p*rn video.

Domestic Girlfriend first aired in 2019 and has 12 Episodes.

4. Yosuga no Sora

Haruka and Sora Kasugano’s parents were killed in a tragic accident. They start over, returning to their childhood home and living in the rural, quaint town they left four years ago.

Returning to such a nostalgic location, on the other hand, entails recalling all of their shared memories, whether they brought them blissful joy or painful sorrow. Haruka and Sora’s story becomes increasingly complicated as their lives are gradually influenced by various acts of love, friendship, envy—and perhaps even lust.

Do yourself a favour and avoid watching this one. DON’T WATCH YOSUGA NO SORA FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

Yosuga no Sora first aired in 2010 and has 12 Episodes.

3. Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World

Michio Kaga, a high school student, tries to launch a strange online game he discovered one day while browsing the internet. Instead, he is transported to the game’s world and given special abilities as well as a powerful sword. He finds himself fighting bandits after gathering his thoughts and quickly realises that he cannot log out. Michio, accepting his fate and embarking on a journey to enjoy his new life, conquer dungeons for money, and build a harem to satisfy all his manly desires, sets out on a journey to enjoy his new life, conquer dungeons for money, and build a harem to satisfy all his manly desires.

This is basically just a H3ntai.

Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World first aired in 2022 and has 12 Episodes.

2. High School DxD

Issei Hyoudou, a high school student, is your typical pervert, spending his days peeping on women and fantasising about one day having his own harem. Things appear to be looking up for Issei when a beautiful girl asks him out on a date, but she turns out to be a fallen angel who brutally kills him!

However, he is given a second chance at life when Rias Gremory, a beautiful senior student and top-class devil, resurrects him as her servant and recruits Issei into the school’s Occult Research club.

Most of you have probably already seen or heard about High School DxD.

1. The Testament of Sister New Devil

He is forced to accept the Naruse sisters, busty redhead Mio and petite silver-haired Maria, into his family when his father unexpectedly brings home two beautiful girls and introduces them as his new siblings.

When these seemingly normal girls reveal themselves as demons—Mio, the former Demon Lord’s only daughter, and Maria, her trusted succubus servant—Basara is forced to reveal himself as a former member of a clan of “Heroes,” sworn enemies of the demons.
